The Craft

Built to Last.

Embroidery is the mark of a professional. Where screen printing excels at bold graphics, embroidery brings a level of texture, dimension, and permanence that elevates any garment it touches. At Open House, we treat every stitch like it matters — because it does.

Embroidery doesn't fade, crack, or peel. Done right, it outlasts the garment itself.

From left-chest logo placements on corporate polos to full-front designs on jackets, we digitize and stitch with precision. Our process starts with proper digitizing — converting your artwork into a stitch file that holds its detail and integrity at any size.

What We Embroider

Our Capabilities.

From small left-chest logos to large jacket backs, we handle a wide range of embroidery applications. Every job is digitized in-house and stitched to the highest standard.

Left-Chest Logo

The corporate standard. Clean, precise logo placement on polos, dress shirts, and fleece. Perfect for uniforms and professional accounts.

Hats & Headwear

Structured and unstructured caps, beanies, and visors. We handle the unique challenges of curved embroidery to keep your logo sharp and centered.

Jackets & Outerwear

Full-front, back, and sleeve placements on heavier garments. We adjust backing and stabilizer to handle any fabric weight without puckering.

In-House Digitizing

We digitize your artwork ourselves — no outsourcing. That means tighter quality control, faster turnaround, and a stitch file optimized for your specific design.

Multi-Color Thread

Hundreds of colors options. We match to your brand colors as closely as possible using industry-standard thread matching systems.

Bulk & Repeat Orders

Once your design is digitized, repeat orders are fast and consistent. Ideal for organizations that reorder uniforms or branded gear on a regular basis.

How It Works

The Process. Simple.

1
Request a Quote

Tell us your quantities, garment type, number of thread colors, and placement. We'll get back to you with pricing fast.

2
Digitizing & Approval

We convert your artwork into a stitch file in-house and send a digital proof. Nothing goes to the machine without your sign-off.

3
Stitch-Out Sample

We run a physical sample on the actual garment fabric before the full run. This catches any adjustments needed before we commit to the full order.

4
Production & QC

Every piece runs through production and quality control. We inspect for consistent placement, clean stitching, and proper backing on every garment.

5
Delivery or Pickup

Pick up from our Jacksonville shop or have your order shipped directly to you, packaged and ready to go.

Great For

Who Orders Embroidery.

Embroidery is the go-to for professional, long-lasting decoration on structured garments. Here's who we stitch for most.

Corporate Uniforms

Polos, dress shirts, and fleece for professional teams. Embroidery holds up through repeated washing and heavy daily wear.

Schools & Universities

Staff polos, coach jackets, team hats, and alumni gear. A clean embroidered logo communicates pride and professionalism.

Construction & Trades

Durable enough for job sites. Embroidered logos on work shirts and hats stand up to the conditions screen printing can't always handle.

Corporate Gifting

Embroidered jackets, bags, and hats make premium branded gifts. The kind of merch people actually keep and wear.
