Our Trusted Process - Apparel decorating process what you need to do and what should you expect:
Every project starts with an idea, let us help you turn your vision into a reality. We are happy to patiently help and work with you in every way we can. This is what we strive for. What makes custom apparel decorating so difficult is every job is different from each other. Even a (seemingly) simple job is complicated because of its unique qualities, defining the very meaning of “custom”. Here is the “simple” version of how we go about it.
1] Send artwork.
Send any photo images to us that you would like us to reference. If you already have a logo/design, we require it in pdf or vector format. If you don’t have that, our creative and highly skilled graphic arts team can recreate your idea. We will consult with you along the way. Let us know your budget. Whether we are working with you for brand development, or a simple text design we are equally as excited.
2] Choose apparel.
What garment and fabric colors will look best with your design? Refer to our online Catalog tab, and see our trusted personal top garment picks. Let us know what you have in mind, and we can help guide you to what you’re looking for. Keep in mind t-shirts are not the only thing we print on!
Styles include: Infant, Youth, Adult, Unisex, and Ladies/Men’s.
3] Pick apparel sizes.
What sizes would you like? Who is your demographic, and how would you like the apparel to fit them? We’re here to print you custom quality shirts. The shirt that you always pull out of your closet, and want to wear every day.
4] Confirm order. Let’s print.
We send you a mockup, and invoice for approval. Once approved, this is a work order that is sent to our team behind the scenes to turn your vision into a reality. Now this is the fun part. The wait to get your customer apparel goods.
5] Order completed.
Your shirts are ready, and hot off the press. We have a quick turnaround of less than 2 weeks. Processes such as embroidery and sublimation are subject to take longer. Once finished, if you are in the Jacksonville, Illinois area your items may be delivered free of charge or picked up at our 235 E Douglas location. If you are out of town, we offer shipping at our cost shipping rates.

Why choose screen printing?
This process is the most popular. We print with standard industry plastisol inks primarily. Screen printing allows us to print on a wide variety of items ranging from tee shirts to tote bags, koozies, pants, tanks, hoodies, and more. Screen printing is the most cost effective, and durable method if you are wanting a long lasting garment. We have a minimum of 12 items with the same design.
You can also add next-level high end flare for branding your custom apparel with glow in the dark, metallic, or puff ink.
Why choose embroidery?
This process is best if you are looking for a classier look to raise the bar. This process involves thread woven onto a garment, and it works best for smaller logos. We can embroider on anything from a uniform to jean jackets, hats, tee shirts and more. Embroidery has proven to stand the test of time.
Why choose dye sublimation?
This process is best if you are looking for a team jersey for sports. This leaves your garment with a soft finish, with zero extra weight added. Sublimation is best for comfort as the process essentially melts the ink and fabric together as one.
Why choose vinyl heat transfer?
This process is best if you are looking for a 1 off design. We are able to print a full color photo, or a garment with text on it. This process involves cutting your design out of a roll of material, and using heat to press it onto your garment.
